Agreement Between User and www.rovscorp.com

Welcome to www.rovscorp.com (the “Site”), operated by ROVS Corp. (“ROVS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

The Site is an e-commerce platform for the sale of premium cigars and related accessories.

1. Age Restriction – 21+ Only

This Site sells tobacco products.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.

• You are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction.

• You are not purchasing on behalf of a minor.

We reserve the right to:

• Require age verification at any time

• Cancel any order if age cannot be verified

• Refuse service at our sole discretion

Falsifying age or purchasing tobacco for a minor is illegal and may result in criminal penalties.

2. Tobacco Compliance & PACT Act

ROVS Corp. complies with applicable federal and state tobacco regulations, including the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

• You consent to required reporting of transactions where mandated by law.

• You are responsible for complying with local tobacco possession laws.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates federal, state, or carrier restrictions.

3. State Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory and carrier restrictions, we do not ship cigars to certain states, including but not limited to:

• Arkansas

• Maine

• Oregon

• South Dakota

• Vermont

• Washington

• Utah

California Flavored Tobacco Restriction

California law restricts the sale of flavored tobacco products.
Flavored cigar products are not be eligible for shipment into California.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with California tobacco laws prior to ordering.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate state restrictions.

This list may change without notice due to evolving regulations.

4. International Orders

International customers:

• Are responsible for understanding their country’s tobacco import laws

• Are responsible for customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, and fees

• Assume all risks of seizure or delay

ROVS Corp. is not responsible for:

• Customs confiscation

• Import violations

• Duty assessments

• Regulatory penalties

All international tobacco shipments are sold on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale purchases require:

• Valid tobacco license verification

• Resale certificate submission

• Business documentation approval

ROVS Corp. reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion.

Wholesale buyers are responsible for complying with all resale, distribution, and tobacco laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or regulatory violation

If payment has been processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All cigar shipments require:

• Adult signature (21+)

• Delivery to a physical address

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

ROVS Corp. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier errors

• Regulatory inspections

• Customs processing

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of tobacco products:

• Cigars are generally non-returnable once shipped.

• Returns may be accepted only for defective or damaged items.

• Accessories may be eligible for return subject to inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny returns that violate health or regulatory policies.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ROVS Corp. is not liable for unauthorized account use resulting from negligence or credential sharing.

Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including logos, branding, product images, text, and design — is the property of ROVS Corp. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Resell

• Modify

• Distribute

• Reverse engineer

without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ROVS Corp. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Regulatory penalties incurred by customers

• Seizures due to customer noncompliance

• Customs-related losses

All products are sold “AS IS” without warranties beyond those required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROVS Corp. from any claims, damages, penalties, or losses arising from:

• Violation of tobacco laws

• Misrepresentation of age

• Resale in prohibited jurisdictions

• Failure to comply with import regulations

13. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration shall occur in the State of Florida.

Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

You consent to jurisdiction in Florida for any permitted legal action.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site at any time for:

• Regulatory concerns

• Fraud suspicion

• Violation of these Terms

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
